For me, it has become a way to communicate, to tell a story.

After flirting with a number of creative self-expression tools like music, video and photography I arrived at podcast. Perhaps not at the peak of worldwide expansion but for sure in this format I have found home, by applying my love for telling stories, talking with people and reaffirming my values.

I hope this podcast reaches like-minded and hearted people like myself and encourages a change of heart and mind, to find creative ways to build a more harmonic world. Yes, this is my service, what I feel like doing right now.

After one year of interviewing in my mother tongue (Portuguese), I have decided to expand into English language guests, I guess living in London for over 15 years has played a part on this decision!

So, what is my duty in this podcast?

I host and produce These Conscious Talks where I interview people that are making a conscious change on themselves by either creating projects, personal brands or companies with social impact.
